  10. As of March 1, employees are not allowed to smoke anywhere in the office, including the restrooms.  This policy is mandated by state law, and there can be absolutely no exceptions.

  12. We understand this represents a serious inconvenience for the smokers in the office, so we have expanded the morning and afternoon coffee break period from 10 minutes to 15 minutes to allow time to go outside or to the nearby coffee shop.
